So Inspired…Kennedy Style

JFK RFK

There are costs and risks
to a program of action,
but they are far less
than the long range costs and risks
of comfortable in-action

John F. Kennedy

Thought I’d start off with my favorite JFK quote today since the anniversary of the assassination is this week.  48 years ago.  Wow!   Always makes me wonder, what if….

Okay, onto something “lighter”…..

I’ve added some more items to my Clearance Sale category in my Etsy shop.  Fall and Halloween.  So if you’re still looking for a place to put those pumpkin patch and costume photos, check it out!  :)

I have been up to my eyeballs lately with scrapbook orders…which is totally AWESOME…but it makes me a little nostalgic for the days when I used to have 60 or 70 items in my Etsy shop.  Hopefully someday I’ll get my stock built back up so there’s a bigger selection but for now, if you are looking for something specific and just don’t see it in my shop, send me an Etsy convo or pop me an email at [apicketfencelife at gmail dot com] and I’ll put something together for you!

And, finally… have you checked this out yet?

Oh, you really need to hop right over there and sign up!  There are still a few days left to enter to win some amazing goodies.  Yep, I said WIN!   The giveaway is brought to you by Gooseberry Lane Originals and is being hosted on Landojake Photography’s website.  I can’t begin to tell you how adorable these items are.  AND, even if you don’t have a little girl on your Christmas list…you still need to stop by and check out the awesome photography.  Is this little girl delightful or what?!  I’ve put together an Etsy Treasury of some of the items in the giveaway.  I know as part of the giveaway you will need to stop by their Facebook pages…but you will also want to stop by their Etsy shops to see more of their beautiful products.   Entry deadline is November 23rd!   P.S.  Did I forget to tell you that you can win THIS from me?  :)

Ok…now I seriously need to get back to scrapping!

  1. They were inspiring leaders. Not everyone agreed with them at the time, but so many of their ideals have lived on.

  2. I too love the Kennedys. I was in 3rd grade when JFK was killed and 8th grade when Bobby was killed! I cried for days. Thanks for this beautiful quote!
